Our experience, built into every project.
We build residential and commercial spaces in Türkiye and Bulgaria, through land-for-property agreements or construction contracts. Each project includes consideration of the building, its shared spaces and surroundings.
Since 2012, we have completed 21,709 m² of construction in Türkiye and Bulgaria. Every new project draws on the experience of the buildings we have delivered.
The completed total includes above-ground and underground areas. ETIKA | signature, currently under construction, is excluded.
