Built for Comfort: 44 cm Separating Walls at Orhan Bozkurt

At Orhan Bozkurt in Kestel, Bursa, we believe a well-built home should offer peace, comfort and privacy. That is why we pay close attention to the details hidden behind the finished walls.

The walls separating neighbouring apartments are designed with a total thickness of 44 cm. Each consists of two 20 cm leaves of Ytong aerated concrete blockwork, with a 4 cm layer of high-density EPS insulation between them.

This construction is intended to improve sound and thermal insulation between apartments and create a more comfortable living environment. For us, the quality of a home lies not only in what you can see, but also in the care that goes into every construction detail.
